- Bedliner: Sprayed-in bedliner covers the floor and the top bed rails.

Floor & Frame Alterations
- Hitch Holes: 6 holes drilled in the floor from a previous 5th-wheel hitch installation.
- Paint Spills: Paint is spilled across the bed floor.
- RH Front Floor: Seven 1/2-inch holes and one 4" x 4" cutout.
- LH Front Floor: Reinforced with a welded 10" x 8" steel plate and two 1/2-inch holes.
- Underside: Surface rust is present on the bottom of the bed floor.
- Crossmember: Front crossmember has a square hole cut out of it.
Bed Rails & Exterior Panels
- Top Rails: 2 holes drilled into each top rail.
- Paint Condition: The bed has been repainted and shows waviness and minor scratches on the LH side.
- LH Side Body Filler: 1/16-inch layer of Bondo body filler on the front section.
- RH Side Dents:
- Quarter-size dent on the front lower section.
- Quarter-size dent near the top rail.
- Dime-size ding on the rear section.
- RH Side Body Filler:
- 1/16-inch layer of Bondo on the rear section.
- 1/8-inch to 3/16-inch layer of Bondo on the lower rear section.
- Visible cracking in the Bondo on the rear section.
