FAQ's

Q: Where are we located?

Dick's Auto Parts is located at 50521 State Road 13 Middlebury, IN 46540.

We are located north of Middlebury up on the Indiana/Michigan State Line.

We are off Exit 107 from the 80/90 Indiana Toll Road. Once off the exit take a left or go North towards Michigan. We are a 1/2 mile on the left side of the road. We are not in the town of Middlebury but north about 10 minutes.

If you are coming from Michigan you can follow 131 south and as soon as you cross the Indiana/Michigan State line we are on the right side of the road.

Please be careful when putting our address into your GPS unit sometimes it will not work and take you south or north of us.

Q: Are all these parts on the site in stock at your location?

Unfortunately, we can't carry every single part in our warehouse location. We pull parts from all over the country from several warehouse locations. Please call us first to check the availability before coming to pick up the part. Most parts are available within one to two business days.

Q: Do you offer Nationwide Shipping?

Yes we offer nationwide shipping. (We do not ship Truck Beds or Truck Cabs currently. They are pick up only.) We ship via UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS. We also ship Freight or via Semi for the larger items.

Q: Are the only Truck Beds listed on your site the ones you have?

No, we have over 100 truck beds in stock at all times. We get truck beds on a monthly basis and many times they don't last more than a couple days before getting purchased. It makes it tough for us to put the entire inventory online. If you are looking for a particular bed, please call us. We might have one in stock, but not listed on our online inventory.


Shipping & Returns

Q: Q: When will my order ship?

Orders received by 2PM local time typically are processed the same day received. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping options. Typical shipping times range from 1-5 days and may vary during the holiday season. For UPS shipments you can track the progress of the order using their order tracking number available on your order. Shipping delays can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company cannot deliver the package we will contact you via phone or e-mail.

Q: Q: What shipping options are available?

Dick's Auto Parts offers our customers the option of selecting 2 day ground, next day, or air through either the United States Postal Service USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipments in the continental U.S.

Q: Q: How are returns handled?

If an items needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and should obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our Customer Service Department at 574-825-7424 to discuss the reason for the return and make the necessary arrangements. The amount of the refund will be based on the purchase price of your products and may include a restocking fee.

We apologize for any inconvenience but we do not currently ship outside the continental U.S. We do not ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. Territories, or international locations at this time.
