This bed comes without a tailgate but it comes with taillights, there are scuff marks on the header panel, and both top front corners and both top rails at the rear, have damage from transporting the bed. Both sides have some minor dents near the top rail very hard to see. (Please refer to pictures for closer detail) 

• Left-hand side rear has a 6" scratch crease at the top of the body line.
• The Right-hand side has 3 golf ball-sized spots that are scratched and dented.
• The Right-Hand side has chips in the paint near the top rail.
• The Right-Hand front edge above the body line has a quarter-size dent.
